Cancellations
We ask if you could give us 48 hours notice for cancellations. Less than this, and a 50% charge will be taken.
In order to cancel your appointment, we request you call us, or send an email stating the name, date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for an appointment we will perform the remaining time of the treatment, which may need to be adjusted accordingly. This will be discussed and agreed between Rebecca and yourself at your time of arrival.
Patch Testing
For tinting and lash lifting, a patch test needs to be carried out at least 24 hours prior to treatment. Even if you have had tinting elsewhere, this will still need to be carried out by us. It is a very simple process and takes only moments of your time.
Pregnant Clients
We are unable to provide treatments or therapies within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Thereafter, we offer a full range of bespoke treatments, specially tailored for your pregnancy, so please be sure to tell us you are pregnant when booking your appointment.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from when they are bought. Christmas vouchers are dated 24th December, regardless of when they are purchased, and are then valid for 12 months. The expiry date should be stated on your gift voucher, but any questions, please contact us.
Product Returns
Any products that wish to be returned must be done so within one month of purchase. They must be unopened and with the original receipt.
